Our Privacy Commitment
FellowshipHub is designed with privacy at its core. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform. Your personal information is isolated in a dedicated secure vault, encrypted, and never sold to third parties.
Data We Collect
- Account information: Display name, email, date of birth. Email and phone are stored in an isolated, encrypted vault.
- Content you create: Posts, comments, messages, podcast episodes.
- Usage metrics: Aggregate-only platform health metrics. We do not track individual browsing history.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Individual user browsing history or page views
- Cross-session behavioral profiles
- Location data (beyond rate limiting with hashed IPs)
- Data for advertising or behavioral targeting
Message Privacy
Messages pass through server-side content filters designed to protect users — especially minors — from threats, harassment, and illegal content. Messages are then encrypted at rest. An encrypted audit trail exists solely for law enforcement cooperation in cases involving threats to life or child safety. Decryption requires the cooperation of 3 out of 5 independent key holders.
Your Rights
- Access: Request a full export of your data at any time.
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and data.
- Portability: Export your data in machine-readable JSON format.
FellowshipHub Never Sells Personal Information
FellowshipHub does not sell user data. This statement is provided per California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requirements.
